Together the modules provide a fully integrated foundation for complete operating expense control. The service provides real-time visibility and embedded controls over how a business spends its money, no matter where in the life of a transaction that expense is occurring.
The on-demand technology platform allows these small-to-midsized companies to affordably control all operating expenses for the first time. The intuitive interface reduces the time to implement and increases user adoption of the service. The subscription based pricing includes implementation, training, support and upgrades. There are no additional hardware or software costs and no hidden charges. Because of the low cost of entry afforded by the on-demand platform, the risks to organizations are minimized.
The Company
ExpenseWatch.com was founded in 2000 and released its first version of its expense control service in 2003. The company is run by an experienced management team with a Board of Directors that offers exceptional complimentary skills. Currently more than 14,000 subscribers in 16 countries use the ExpenseWatch.com system. With headquarters in Conshohocken, Pa., the company is privately held. Representative of the growing market acceptance of on-demand solutions by small-to-midsized companies, in 2006 ExpenseWatch.com achieved greater than 200% year-over-year growth for the third straight year. Further validating the market demand and ExpenseWatch.com’s ability to align to that demand, existing investor, Bezos Expeditions, the personal investment company of Jeff Bezos, completed a private equity buyout of the company in March 2007.
