ExpenseWatch.com Strengthens Management Team
Plymouth Meeting, Pa. – March 7, 2006 – ExpenseWatch.com strengthened its management team with the addition of Bill Vergantino as executive vice president of operations, Lori Powell as director of human resources and Kristin Keyes as director of public relations.

Vergantino is responsible for developing and growing ExpenseWatch.com’s worldwide sales efforts including direct and indirect sales, customer implementations & support, and the development and execution of corporate partner strategies. His sales experience includes selling both enterprise class software and packaged solutions to both information technology and functional business groups.
Most recently Vergantino was vice president of global sales with Relicore where he oversaw all sales channels and professional services personnel. Before that, he led the sales organization for the Data Integration product line worldwide at Business Objects. Before that, he held various sales management roles at Acta Technology which was acquired by Business Objects. He holds a bachelor of science in business administration and finance from University of Delaware.
Powell is responsible for developing ExpenseWatch.com’s human resources program and continuing to ensure the company offers its employees an exceptional work environment. She has more than 12 years experience in the field of administration management.
Most recently, Powell was executive administrator of investment banking for The Keystone Equities Group. Before that, she was director of operations for Mastery Charter High School. Before that, Powell managed the human resources department for Pennsylvania Merchant Group. She holds a bachelor of science in human resources management from Chestnut Hill College.
Keyes is responsible for developing the company’s public relations and marketing communications activities. She has more than 15 years experience developing and implementing corporate and marketing communications programs, especially for start-up and emerging technology companies.
Most recently Keyes was an account supervisor with Tattar Richards, the public relations division of Diccicco Battista Communications. Before that she was director of corporate communications for eBay’s Half.com. Before that she ran her own boutique PR agency working with start-up technology clients. She holds a bachelor’s of arts in communications from the University of Washington.
