You can set up ExpenseWatch.com to manage an unlimited number of company- and employee-paid corporate cards, as well as personal cards. Charges can be set to automatically feed into the system, or can be uploaded from electronic card statements.
Expense report filers can quickly and easily build reports by entering cash items, selecting charges from credit card(s) or selecting booked travel information which has been downloaded into their instance of ExpenseWatch.com Expense Reports, or any combination of the above.
Credit cards can also be managed from the Credit Card tab within ExpenseWatch.com. The credit card tab consolidates and makes available in one location all accounts, charges and statements. From this location, filers can match credit card charges to transactions to place them on an expense report form.
