ExpenseWatch.com easily integrates data from major card companies, speeding expense report creation and processing for business travelers and approvers, and simplifying corporate card statement reconciliation and management for accounts payable staff.
You can set up ExpenseWatch.com to manage an unlimited number of corporate credit cards, and your individual expense report filers can set up an unlimited number of personal credit cards. Depending upon the options your credit card company offers, charges can be set to automatically feed into the system as the card company processes them, automatically upload into the system when monthly billing statements are issued, or can be manually uploaded from electronic card statements.
Expense report filers can quickly and easily build reports by entering cash items, selecting charges from credit card(s) or selecting booked travel information which has been downloaded into their instance of ExpenseWatch.com Expense Reports, or any combination of the above.
Credit cards can also be managed from the Credit Card tab within ExpenseWatch.com. The credit card tab consolidates and makes available in one location all accounts, charges and statements. From this location, filers can match credit card charges to transactions to place them on an expense report form.
Company finance teams have access to a broad-range of tools that simplify statement processing and reconciliation, while enhancing the visibility and control of credit card expenses. Support for nearly any type of card transaction and the ability to support personal charge uploads is handled through an innovative three-step wizard.
From the Credit Cards tab, users can independently “click and pick” charges and match them to expense reports or invoices.
ExpenseWatch.com supports an unlimited number of credit cards. Companies can manage multiple corporate cards, and individuals can manage personal cards they enter into the system. The credit card dashboard provides finance teams with complete visibility into charge counts, totals and statuses on all corporate credit cards in the system. Individual expense report filers have the same visibility into all the cards in the system assigned to them.
Personal credit card charges are only visible to the individual who set up the card. Non-reimbursable personal charges are easily deleted from the system. Only the charges that individual filers add to an expense report will become visible to others as reports move through the approval process.
