With ExpenseWatch.com’s Custom Reporting module, you can create, view or distribute a wide-range of reports and dashboards specific to your business needs.

A powerful wizard with comprehensive visualization tools provides multiple ways to build and view your data. Your reports can be exported in many popular file formats and can be optionally scheduled to run when you need them.

The reports and dashboards allow you to view your information from a high-level, summary perspective, and then drill all the way down to the details of an individual transaction, and everything in between. What’s more, reports and dashboards can be developed to meet the needs of anyone in your company, allowing them to more easily manage their areas of accountability:

  • CEOs can define custom spending reports that are delivered to their inbox on a daily basis.
  • Executives charged with monitoring compliance or who have deeper analytical needs can utilize the customize reports specific to their needs.
  • Finance and audit teams can design views to more easily monitor internal financial controls and expense policy compliance.
  • Purchasing and Travel Managers can better supervise contract compliance and price controls, and negotiate better rates with vendors.

The Custom Reporting module introduces three optional subscriptions to the ExpenseWatch.com system: Builder, Viewer and Scheduler. Most companies will need a few people to build reports and dashboards, while a larger group will want to view and interact with the information. As a third option, you can subscribe to a scheduling feature that allows reports to be delivered automatically via email.
