Your subscription to ExpenseWatch.com’s spend management software includes numerous pre-built reports enabling you to quickly gain visibility to your spending data and to allow for a better understanding of your company’s compliance to policies. For many of our customers, these reports provide the level of visibility needed to understand company spending.

If you need additional reporting capabilities, you can request to have your company data exported out of ExpenseWatch.com to analyze with other business management applications and business intelligence tools in use in your organization. The company data export contains all company information stored in ExpenseWatch.com, including transaction, administrative, structural and process data.

While your subscription includes quarterly exports, you may request the data as frequently as you need. Should you need your information more frequently, you can work with your Customer Satisfaction Engineer to set up custom reporting services that work best for your business operations.
