Fields, such as category, business purpose, mileage, vendor and comments, are all available within our mobile app. You can enter as much or as little of the information as you want from the road. Everything is sent to your online ExpenseWatch.com Expense Reports account and will be ready for you to finalize and route when you next log onto the system.

Capture digital receipts

With ExpenseWatch.com Mobile, you won’t have to carry around piles of little receipts in your wallet or purse to reconcile later. Adding digital receipts to your expense reports is as easy as snapping a picture with your smartphone, which automatically attaches it to your transaction. You can also add receipts by attaching an image you already have stored on your mobile phone.

Mileage as you go

Forget about tracking your mileage on scraps of paper to reconcile later. With ExpenseWatch.com Mobile, simply enter the mileage, add the business particulars your company requires, and send it to your expense report.

Email your expenses too

ExpenseWatch.com Mobile also gives you the option to email your expenses into the system to either create a new expense report or add information to an existing one.

After completing your email, send it to add@trans.expensewatch.com. You’ll receive a confirmation telling you whether the operation was successful or if any errors were detected. When you next log into the system, all of your expense information will be ready for your finishing touches.
