Bill Vergantino

President and Chief Executive Officer

As leader of ExpenseWatch, Bill is motivated every day to establish the company as a leading provider of organizational spend control by exceeding the expectations set by its employees, customers and partners.

Bill joined ExpenseWatch as executive vice president of sales and operations in January 2006 before transitioning to president and CEO later that same year. Under his watch, ExpenseWatch has delivered impressive customer acquisition growth and exceptional customer retention. Most importantly, Bill has demonstrated an ability to execute a sustainable business model that will allow ExpenseWatch to play a strategic role for its customers, partners and employees for years to come.

He brings more than 20 years of leadership experience to his role at ExpenseWatch that includes playing instrumental roles in the growth of several software start-up organizations, all of which were either successfully acquired or went public. Bill’s ability to communicate clearly and align expectations with prospective customers, partners and co-workers, has been a driving reason behind the success realized by his teams.

The most recent roles performed by Bill prior to joining ExpenseWatch were as vice president of global sales with both Relicore, Inc. (acquired by Symantec) and Acta Technology (acquired by Business Objects). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Delaware where he was a captain and four year starting quarterback on the football team. Bill’s competitive drive, leadership skills and enjoyment of contributing as part of a team, position him well in delivering in his role at ExpenseWatch

John Neri

Vice President, Sales and Customer Satisfaction

John Neri is vice president of sales and customer satisfaction for ExpenseWatch. In this role, he is responsible for global sales operations, including direct/indirect sales, customer implementations, customer training, support and adoption. John has extensive experience in leading successful sales organizations and meeting high-volume, quality-critical sales goals. His superb ability for growing, managing and retaining ExpenseWatch’s sales channels while also increasing the company’s revenue opportunities, positions the company for long-term success.

John joined ExpenseWatch as vice president of sales in March 2006 having responsibility for direct and indirect sales. During his tenure ExpenseWatch has delivered impressive sales growth and a unique approach to a customer’s post sales experience resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and superior customer retention.

He brings more than 18 years of sales leadership experience to his role at ExpenseWatch that includes playing instrumental roles in the growth of many start-up software and IT consulting service organizations. Prior to ExpenseWatch, John was director of sales, Eastern region, with Relicore (acquired by Symantec). Before Relicore, he was senior director of North American sales at Acta Technology (acquired by Business Objects). He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Finance from University of Delaware. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from LaSalle University.

Alan Davis

Vice President, Technical Services

Alan Davis is vice president of technical services. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic planning and tactical execution of all technical resources and services required to support ExpenseWatch employees and customers. These areas of accountability include product strategy, product development, production operations and internal information technology support.

Alan joined ExpenseWatch in 2007 and has consistently demonstrated a well-rounded understanding of our market, our company, and most importantly, our customers’ needs. In addition, he offers a unique ability to combine this strategic understanding with sound judgment and hands on experience.

Prior to joining ExpenseWatch, his experience has included senior sales engineer, product management and development positions with Relicore (acquired by Symantec), Ericsson, IPWorks, Process Software and Motorola. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from the University of Massachusetts.

Christopher Levush

Vice President, Finance

Christopher Levush manages and controls the financial operations of ExpenseWatch. He is instrumental in helping the company forge its own spend management policies and procedures, and ensures timely management of company financial resources.

Chris has an extensive background in financial analysis and management. He joined ExpenseWatch.com in 2003 as controller and was promoted to vice president of finance in 2009. Before ExpenseWatch, he was accounting manager for Procurestaff, a Volt Information Sciences Co., where he was responsible for financial analysis, auditing and forecasting. Before that he held several positions with CDI Corporation. His last post was as senior financial analyst.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Temple University.
