ExpenseWatch Named Finalist in the 2015 Best Place To Work Awards By The Philadelphia Business Journal

Plymouth Meeting, PA, Aug. 17, 2015 (PR WEB) – The Philadelphia Business Journal has named ExpenseWatch a finalist in its 2015 Best Places to Work awards in the small business category (10-49 employees).

“It is an honor to be recognized for the hard work we put into our company’s culture and to be named by The Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the area’s Best Places to Work,” said Bill Vergantino, ExpenseWatch president and CEO. “One of the five success factors that we believe drives our ability to achieve our organizational mission is to maintain a culture that employees view as their best experience benchmark for all future employment.”

“Attracting the best talent is difficult, and keeping that talent motivated is even harder. In part, we’ve succeeded at this by not taking our employees for granted. We provide regular updates on the goals, state, direction of the business, and empower team members with clear, complimentary lines of accountability. This strategy makes it possible for the entire company to remain focused on meeting and exceeding our customers’ and partners’ expectations,” Bill continued.

“ExpenseWatch is incredibly easy to use. We can get our hands on data within seconds, which is important to stay on top of spending. The turnaround time for getting things processed and approved has helped us build better working relationships with our employees and vendors,” said long-time ExpenseWatch customer, Philadelphia Federal Credit Union.

The full list of those to be named a Best Place to Work will include 54 finalists in small, medium, large and extra-large businesses in the Philadelphia area and a winner in each category will be announced in The Philadelphia Business Journal later this year. The companies were selected through employee surveys conducted by Quantum Workspace. To become a finalist, each company had to score 82 percent or higher on the survey.
